Unless otherwise stated, most electronic products sold on our website includes a 24 months (2 Years) warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty typically covers:

Exclusions – What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request support under warranty:

- Provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
- We’ll assess your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty and is within warranty, we will:
- Repair the item free of charge, or
- Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
- Offer a refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Return Shipping on Faulty Product
- Within 01 days of delivery: We cover return postage for confirmed faults.
- After 01 days: You may be responsible for shipping the item back unless covered by the manufacturer.
