Resolution has been the biggest reason I keep reaching for this body. Fine details hold up remarkably well, and I can crop quite heavily when composing shots without feeling like I have thrown away too much detail. For landscape work and portraits, the files give me plenty of room to adjust exposure and color later.
Handling feels reassuring in the hands, with a solid grip and controls that became easy to operate once I spent some time setting them up. Buttons and dials are placed sensibly, and I can change important settings without constantly diving into menus. The electronic viewfinder is also clear and makes composing scenes enjoyable.
Low-light shooting has been another strong point for me. I have used it indoors and during evening walks, and the sensor retains plenty of detail while keeping noise under control at sensible ISO settings. Having that flexibility makes it easier to keep shooting when natural light starts fading.
Battery life has been dependable for my typical day out with the camera. I appreciate not having to think about charging constantly, especially when I am walking around for several hours. The body also feels sturdy enough for regular travel and outdoor use without seeming fragile.
For portraits, landscapes, street photography, and general everyday shooting, there is a lot of versatility here. The large files are especially useful when I know I may want to crop later, while the responsive focusing system helps me keep up with moving subjects. Video is available when I want to record clips, although photography is clearly where I get the most enjoyment from it.
Several months into using it, I still appreciate how much control it gives me without making basic shooting feel complicated. It is not the lightest body in my bag, but the handling, high-resolution output, dependable battery life, and solid construction make that tradeoff easy for me. It has become one of those cameras I feel confident bringing along when I do not want to compromise on detail.
